The mighty Veterans

I finished a unit of Hannibal's veterans. The minis are from Xyston, and I really enjoyed painting them. They're easy to paint, so i took some time to paint the shields. Too often we see those men with white shields, so I chose a completely different approach, with red shields. Up and down I painted white palm trees.

J'ai terminé une unité de vétérans d'Hannibal. Les figs sont des Xyston, et je peux vous garantir que j'ai pris un pied fou à les peindre. Elles se peignent vraiment toute seules. Du coup, j'ai pris plus de temps pour m'occuper des boucliers. J'ai choisi une approche originale, car on représente souvent (trop?) cette unité avec des boucliers blancs. Je les ai donc peints en rouge, avec des palmiers blancs sur les longueurs. L'effet final est plutôt réussi je trouve.

Ca va me motiver pour ache... arghhh non ma chérie, je plaisantais (pas taper, pas taper). Je voulais dire pour peindre des figurines du stock...

C'est plus que superbe... félicitations au peintre!! Franchement je suis très impatient de peindre mes figurines Xyston (j'ai une bonne 40taine de blisters en tout genre qui m'attendent dans un coin de mon foutoir Hobby^^
